1. 退款申请期限｜Refund Eligibility Period
自付款之日起 7个自然日内，您可申请全额退款（需扣除支付手续费）。
我们将此阶段称为“安心犹豫期”。
You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days from the date of payment.
Processing fees charged by payment providers will be deducted.
This period is referred to as the “Cooling-off Period.”
2. 7天后退款政策｜After the Cooling-off Period
超过7天后，课程排期、教师安排及相关准备工作将正式启动，
恕不再接受退款申请。
After the 7-day period, course scheduling, teacher allocation, and preparation will begin.
Refund requests will no longer be accepted.
3. 退款处理说明｜Refund Processing
退款将原路退回至原支付账户。
具体到账时间取决于支付机构（如银行或信用卡公司）。
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing time depends on the payment provider (e.g., bank or credit card company).
4. 报名前建议｜Before You Enroll
我们建议您在报名前充分了解课程内容与安排，
以减少不必要的退款流程。
We encourage you to review all course details carefully before enrolling
to avoid unnecessary refund requests.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
经批准的退款将在 5–10个工作日内处理完成

Refund requests must be submitted via email before the applicable deadline.
